vaazhakka podimas

The original recipe is from Lataji's Flavours & Tastes. Instead of shredding the vazhakkai, I just scrambled it. It tastes super good.

  2. Thank you Vidhya! Sure it will taste good if you mash also. I had somewhat firm vazhakkai and I was reminded that my mother would diligently scrape them. Hence I made it scrapped!
