Ingredients:-
- Coarse Rawa - 2 cups
- carrots - 1 (shred it)
- Peas - 2 tbsp (I used frozen)
- Beans - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Green chillies - 2 (acc to taste)
- Ginger - a small piece
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- salt to taste
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- oil- 2 tsp
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- urad dhall - 1/2 tsp
- cashew nuts- few
- Eno salt- 2 tsp

Vegetable rawa idly looks colorful and delicious... have never tried adding eno salt in them ... must have been very fluffy... will try adding next time I make some :)

Very nice recipe, never added veggies to rawa idly. Great idea!
Hope your little one is feeling better now Vidhya...try giving her some plain vegetable broth or chicken broth if she is not eating anything...thats what my friend does for her kid. Idlis looks soft and fluffy and congrats on your award dear :)
