Paneer Fried Rice

Here is another recipe from Raks Kitchen.  I made this Paneer Fried Rice for Kanum Pongal yesterday.  For Kaanum Pongal, we make traditional rice.  This year, I made this rice along with lemon rice.
  It came  out pretty good.
